Executive leadership training that changes how your team actually works

Most leadership programmes hand you a binder and wish you luck. Ours starts with a hard look at where you are, then builds the specific skills your role demands over 8 to 16 weeks. You leave with habits, not just notes.

Your leadership diagnostic

We begin every engagement with a 90-minute diagnostic session. You complete a structured self-assessment. Your direct reports and peers complete a separate feedback instrument. We compare the two.

The gap between how you see your leadership and how others experience it is where the real work begins. No personality quizzes, no colour wheels. Just concrete behavioural data about how decisions get made, how conflict is handled, and how clearly your priorities translate down the chain.

90 minutes for the initial diagnostic, including a debrief conversation with your facilitator
6–12 feedback respondents per participant, drawn from direct reports, peers, and one level above
48h turnaround on your written diagnostic report, delivered before the first training session

Three programme tracks

Each track targets a different stage of leadership responsibility. You pick the one that fits, or we recommend one based on your diagnostic results.

Foundations for new directors

You have been promoted into a director-level role within the past 18 months. The skills that got you here are not the skills that will make you effective now. This 8-week programme focuses on delegation patterns, stakeholder management, and running productive senior meetings.

8 weeks · 4 sessions + coaching

Strategic decision-making

For leaders managing teams of 30 or more. You spend your days choosing between competing priorities, and the wrong call costs months. This 12-week track builds a personal decision framework, covers cognitive bias mitigation, and includes two live scenario exercises with peer feedback.

12 weeks · 6 sessions + 2 scenario days

Organisational influence

C-suite and VP-level leaders who need to shift culture, not just manage it. Over 16 weeks, you work on communication architecture: how information flows through your organisation, where it breaks down, and what you personally do that either helps or blocks it. Includes board-presentation coaching.

16 weeks · 8 sessions + board prep

How the programme runs

1

Diagnostic and goal setting

Complete the self-assessment and gather feedback from your respondents. We deliver your written report within 48 hours and schedule a one-hour debrief where we agree on two or three specific development goals.

2

Structured sessions

Each session lasts three hours and covers a single topic in depth. You practise the skill during the session, not just hear about it. Between sessions, you apply what you learned in your actual work and report back with specific examples.

3

Coaching intervals

Between every two sessions, you get a 45-minute one-on-one coaching call. We review what worked, what did not, and adjust the approach. This is where most of the real change happens, because the conversation is about your actual week, not a hypothetical case study.

4

Final assessment and 90-day plan

At the end of the programme, we re-run a shortened version of the diagnostic. You see what shifted in how others experience your leadership. We build a 90-day plan so the habits stick after the formal programme ends.

Things people ask before signing up

Yes, and we encourage it. When a leadership team goes through the programme together, the shared language and mutual feedback accelerate change significantly. We cap team cohorts at eight people so everyone gets enough individual attention.

Life happens. Give us 72 hours notice and we will move your session at no extra cost. Shorter notice incurs a rescheduling fee of £75 because we hold that time exclusively for you.

Both. Our default is a hybrid model: the diagnostic and final assessment are in person at our Leannonwood office, and the sessions in between run over video. If you prefer fully in-person, we can arrange that for an additional travel fee depending on your location.

The Foundations track starts at £3,200 per participant. Strategic Decision-Making is £4,800, and Organisational Influence is £7,500. Team cohort pricing is available at a reduced per-person rate. We send a detailed quote after your diagnostic session.

All facilitators have at least 10 years of senior management experience and hold coaching accreditations from either the ICF or EMCC. We do not use junior trainers or subcontractors. The person who runs your diagnostic is the same person who facilitates your sessions.
